Pratibha to video conference with Hunphun

Hunphun DC will be in "De-code" or "Sender" position whereas Pratibha Patil would be in "Encode" or "reciever" on the other from Imphal’s Mantripukri.
The duo will communicate online with Hunphun DC in his Office Chamber and the event will be telecast in leading Information Centers including the print and the electronic media all over India. It will mark the launch of the State Wide Area Network (SWAN), the sophisticated internet facility to be inaugurated in Hunphun District, a source from the Hunphun NIC said.
The live video-conferencing facility in Hunphun NIC Office attached to the Hunphun Deputy Commissioner Office is likely to be the first successful District in Manipur to facilitate the important proactive communication process. The event is set to take place tomorrow between the President of India Pratibha Patil and DC Hunphun N. Ashok Kumar at 9:20 am.
The medium for the "High Profile" online Video Conferencing talk was tested today in the Hunphun DC's office chamber and okayed and ready position after the Chief Secretary of Manipur, DS. Poonia and N. Ashok Kumar, Hunphun DC had a test run this morning.
Hunphun, the Monitor Office of the SWAN facility and other related issues in the district developmental implementations in the district are likely to figure in the conference with the President of India in the presence of media at the DC's Office Chamber, sources disclosed.
