DIMAPUR, MARCH 1 (MExN): Responding to certain allegation appearing in the news the Public Forum Pungro (PFP) maintained that they were in station on February 8 but “were not inside the Pungro DBs court” and termed the allegations that they were witness as false. “In this connection the PFP is ready to swear in the name of God since Nagaland is a Christian state with the allegation persons/group (victim’s family) on the graves of the victims at the earliest”, stated L Thsepanki, President Public Forum Pungro. It also termed as false the allegations of involvement of the NSCN (IM) cadres in the murder and stated that the public at large was being misled “which will bring only destruction instead of solution to the present scenario of the situation”. The prime manifesto of PFP obligation is to look after the welfare and grievances of the Pungro general Public as a whole without distinguishing the issues, the PFP President stated.
