Dimapur, October 1 (MExN): Electors of 1-Dimapur-I A/C; 2- Dimapur-II A.C; 3- Dimapur-III A/C; 4-Ghaspani-I A/C; and 5-Ghaspanui-II A/C have been informed that Electoral Rolls has been prepared in accordance with the registration of Electors Rules, 1960 and a copy thereof is available for inspection at office of Dimapur ADC & ERO, and the respective administrative officers and supervisory officers or booth level officers. A press release issued by Dimapur ADC & ERO K Tarep Imchen informed that the qualifying date for the preparation of the Electoral Rolls is January 1, 2013 (01-01-2013).
If with reference to the said qualifying date, there be any claim for inclusion of name in the Roll or any objection to the inclusion of names or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before the 31st October 2012 in form – 6, 7 and 8 as may be appropriate. Every such claim or objection should either be presented in the ADC & ERO office or to the concerned BLOs and area administrative officers and supervisory officers so as to reach the ADC & ERO not later than the said date.
