Pusa urges supporters to remain united

Kohima, March 1 (MExN): The former President of Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC), KV Pusa has thanked the people who had supported him in February 23, 2013 state general elections. “I want to thank all my supporters from Southern Angami-II constituency although we could not make it this time due to various reasons,” Pusa said. He urged his supporters to remain united and work for peace and development in the area. He also assured the people of his constituency that despite his defeat this time he would not fail the people and that would continue to work for the people for peace and progress. The congress leader also congratulated Er. Kropol Vitsu of NPF candidate who had wrestled the seat from him. Pusa wished him all the best and hope that he would continue to follow his footsteps and work sincerely for the welfare of the people of his constituency. He said as representatives of the people it was the bounden duty of MLAs to work for the people without favouritism cutting across party lines.
