
Dimapur, May 7 (MExN): The Raja Puraskar Testing Camp was conducted from April 28 to May 2, 2011 at State Training Centre, Nerhema. Er.Dr.Vikuotuolie Angami Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) National Highway and vice-president Nagaland State Bharat Scouts & Guides (NSBSG) graced the occasion as the Chief Guest on May 1.
A press note issued by Zakiekhotuo Kiso, Asstt. State Commissioner (Scouts) & Publicity, Nagaland State Bharat Scouts & Guides stated that the chief guest speaking at the closing function-cum-camp fire, lauded all the participants and especially the officials and trainers for their tireless efforts in molding our younger generation to become responsible citizens. He also emphasized on the importance of joining this noble movement and said that Scouts & Guides is a profession. He further called upon the trainees to be God fearing citizens and also to inculcate three things in their life- Discipline, Punctuality, Character and said “nobody can build your character, you have to build yourself” and if we have good character we have everything in life. Officials present in the function were former MP & State Chief Commissioner Khyomo Lotha, State Secretary NSBSG Zakieo Metha, State Treasurer NSBSG K.
