Dimapur, October 1 (MExN): A rally on the upcoming Measles-Rubella Vaccination Campaign (MRVC) in Dimapur District was organised by the District Health Society in collaboration with the students of Vidhya Bhawan School, Dimapur on October 1. The rally was organised with the objective to create awareness on the MR vaccination Campaign for children between 9 months to 15 years.
The awareness rally commenced from Chief Medical Officers Office Dimapur and culminated at City Tower Junction. The student hoisted banners and raised placards to support and create awareness on the MRVC. The students also distributed IEC materials on MRVC to shopkeepers and onlookers.
The rally was led by the staffs under CMO Office and two teachers of Vidhya Bhawan School. More than 100 students took part in the rally. The Students includes members of Health Club, Adolescent Girls Club, ECO Club, Bharat Scouts & Guides and Junior Red Cross Unit.
