Ranbir opens up about his split with Katrina

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif broke the hearts of many fans when they decided to part ways after a six-year long courtship. The couple hasn't been on talking terms since then and has reportedly often avoided bumping into each other too. While the two refused to comment on their break-up, several months later, Ranbir Kapoor has finally spoken openly about it.   In a short promo for a news channel, Ranbir is seen talking about his much-publicised break-up with Katrina. In the promo, when Ranbir is asked about the break up, he says, "It was really punctured by lot of things. By baseless rumours, and reports and perceptions and point of views."

  On being probed further if it was hard for him to overcome it, he admits, "It hurt because I think after my parents, she has been the most influential, motivational entity in my life." We wonder how Katrina will react to Ranbir's heartfelt confession on national TV.
