Dr Zavise Rume speaking at the 14th general session of Razeba Public Organization on January 21
Kohima, January 21 (MExN): The Razeba Public Organization (RPO) held its 14th general session under theme ‘Refining ourselves’ at RPO Hall Razeba town in Pfutsero sub division of Phek district on JANuary 21.
Dr. Zavise Rume, professor, State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), Nagaland spoke at the session as the guest speaker.
Dr. Rume said that our forefathers lived with finest human values.
In this, he stressed on the need to practice honesty, hard work and sincerity.
“Let us re-live the glorious past,” he said
RPO president Avi Movi delivered presidential address while RPO general secretary P. Paul Dukru presented the activities of the RPO.
The session was chaired by Veluzo Domeh.
The new office bearers for the tenure 2023-2025 was declared by Nomination Committee convenor Zao Krocha.
The new team include; president-Deo Movi, vice president-Vizo Lea, general secretary-Neilhouzu Zholia, assistant general secretary-Dapulu Lea, finance secretary-Veluzo Domeh, treasurer-Abino Zholia, social & cultural secretary-Modongao Zholia, press secretary-Ngapunyi Krocha, women coordinator- Muchilu Lea and assistant women coordinator- Mesechu Domeh.
An act of blessing for new team of office bearers was led by Dizu Shupao, ex-pastor Zhavame Baptist Church.
Vote of thanks was proposed by Dapulu Lea.
