Recruitment rally for UBSI(GD)/SI(TECH)/SI(OPR)/ASI(GD)

The first day of the recruitment rally for the post of UBSI(GD)/SI(TECH)/SI(OPR)/ASI(GD) got underway at NAPTC Ground, Chumukedima today at 7:00 am. Total number of applicants for the rally was 4418 (3682 male and 736 female). On the first day, 2500 candidates were registered. 795 candidates appeared in the Physical Standards Test (697 male and 98 female. Endurance Test (male-3 kms in 13 mins and female 1.5 lams in 8 mins) was also conducted. The test concluded with qualifying 219 male and 49 female for the next test — Physical Efficiency Test (PET) which will be conducted on September 29. (Morung Photo by Manen Aier)
