Registration for ADTU Common Scholarship Test opens

Dimapur, February 14 (MExN): The second edition of the Assam Down Town University’s Common Scholarship Test (CST 2.0) will be conducted on February 27. 

Class 10 and 12 students as well as those who have appeared or appearing for their 10th or 12th board exams and are waiting for their results have been invited to register for the 120-minutes online test in the MCQ format (Multiple Choice Questions). 

Informing that a total of Rs 5 crore has been earmarked to benefit deserving candidates from all over the country, the University informed that the initiative was conceptualised in pursuance of the firm commitment to support the academic aspirations of families in providing higher education opportunities to their children. 

“The selected candidates can expect to be rewarded with huge discounts on their semester fees which will help to lighten their financial load,” it said in a press release on Monday.

The test, which will have no negative marking, will include a mandatory General Knowledge and Basic English section while other two subjects can be chosen according to the students’ respective streams of study.
