Dimapur, October 11 (MExN): All those regular Graduate Teachers whose service had been regularized through documents verification and Suitability Test had a general meeting on October 10 at Town Hall Dimapur where about “one thousand concerned GTs from every nook and corner of the State attended the general meeting.”
In the general meeting, the house unanimously decided to form a ‘Regular Graduate Teachers Forum’ (RGTF) and accordingly the existing steering committee for GT Seniority List has been re-designated as the office bearers of the forum with Kekuolhouthie, Sr. GT, GMS L.Khel as the Convener, (9436215297) Temjenyapang Sr.GT RGHSS as the Secretary (9436650749) and Visato Koso Sr.GT & Coordinator EBCR L.Khel as Treasurer along with two senior GTs as the core members.
All the present district and sub division administrators will be the Convener of the respective district and sub division respectively. In this regard, the house resolved that the District/Sub division without having an Administrator to select it within a week and send the particulars to the Central Office positively. The Forum will work and function under the umbrella of ANSTA.
With regard to ongoing court case at Principal Bench, the house after long deliberation had decided to collect Rs.2000/- per head in which the District/Sub division Conveners are requested to tie-up with the respective DDOs for collection and submit to the Central Office on or before November 5, 2017 along with the list of the names those who paid. The house re-affirmed that for those defaulters (who don’t pay the collection) will be considered as non-existence and consequently their names will not appear in the subsequent GT Seniority list to be prepared by the Forum under the supervision of ANSTA.
