Through this esteemed daily we the general public of Middle Point Colony would like to state that it is known to all and sundry that the Middle Point Colony is a Government Recognized Colony established in the year 1991 vide government order GEN-12/91-D/1208-12 Dt. 28.02.1991. It is learnt that a few unscrupulous individuals with vested interests are trying to incorporate our existing colony within the newly formed so called Churches Colony within its jurisdiction and without even the approval of the concerned members of the Middle Point Colony. They are trying to mislead the public by taking their signatures on the pretext that the Middle Point Colony no longer exists and it had now been included in the newly formed so called Churches Colony. Such was the vicious propaganda used by these elements to misguide and create confusion among the inhabitants of the colony.
Such wrongful and malignant transgressions show that those individuals of the so called Churches Colony have an interest and welfare of their own. Here we would like to raise the pertinent question that since our colony is a government recognized colony existing since 1991, how is it possible for a new infant colony to incorporate an existing colony without the people’s consent? The Churches Colony executives should learn this very fact that the Middle Point Colony is an existing colony. So isn’t it stupidity enough to incorporate a parental colony where it has its own governing body of GB, chairman, etc and other members?
Here we would like to clarify that we have nothing to do with any civilians of the so called Churches Colony but our sole concern is to warn those nefarious elements loud and clear that any misdoing on our jurisdiction will be severely taken up. We also warn all those youths who are looming round our colony and demanding house tax/membership taxes, etc and other donations and extortions from our area inhabitants. Strict action will be taken against them if found further.
