With reference to the article published in a section of some local daily under the caption “ C. Kipili Parliamentary Secy LRD is next King Saul” on 21st January 2006 and the same in other local media. The undersigned would like to make a clarification to those who are confused.
As such that, the party stands with leadership is well organized. But to the surprise of the high ranking leaders, meeting was convened as reported without the consent of the party. So also clear identity of the writer was not made which clearly indicates a mastermind behind the screen, whereby, the party recognizes those people as “puppets” who spoil themselves.
The allegation of the involvement of Shri. C. Kipili Sangtam, Honble Parliamentary Secretary LRD in the office bearers election is totally baseless and false, since Shri. Chothrongba Sangtam presided the chair with returning officer (Kewezu Kenye) general secretary of Nagaland and assistant returning officers Kheshito Yepthomi CEC member and Shri Tsili Mongzar, general secretary 60 A/C NPF respectively. Their act of conduct was judicious. Henceforth, the question of sitting MLAs involvement does not arise.
That party also is firm to bring about to your knowledge that a sitting representatives in NLA is to serve the purpose of Nagas in general and constituency in particular. But in your ignorance used a petty false word which read as “ serve his close clans.” Henceforth the writers are reminded to stop exposing such selfish cheapness in our society and party as well.
It is a very derorogative act presumed from your end. Misleading and alleging to change the divisional president and official candidate in the forth coming election. Rather the party upholds the principle of re-affirm and re-strengthening without any hesitation basing on the quality of leadership and solution of problems.
Regarding the development activities under various schemes, disbursement and allocation is made with the consent of the department withstanding the proof that is well versed that authentication can be made from the concerned department to justify the case. However, from the individual end, one need not to be a traitor of society.
Further, I am to bring to the public notice that such disignatories known as Setsa Sangtam, LH Sangtam, VK Sumi and S. Along Sangtam has not been registered as members in our party either in the constituency nor divisional level. Nevertheless, we would appeal to bring out your identity so that you may be recognized as member.
Lastly, but not the least, to abuse somebody high or low, rich or poor, worth biblical terms and norms. Justice should be proved in good faith.
Khetoho,
Press & Information secretary, NPF 59 A/C
