Kohima, November 6 (MExN): On the recommendation of the Police Establishment Board, the Governor of Nagaland has ordered transfer and posting of the following IPS officers in the rank of Addl. DGPs/ IGPs & DIGPs to places mentioned against each. Handing and taking over of charge should be completed with five days from the date of issue of the notification, which was issued on November 6. “No representation for retention or cancellation of order will be entertained under any circumstances,” read the notification from Home Commissioner Abhishek Singh. 
The Governor has also ordered transfer and posting of the following police officers to the places mentioned against each. Handing and taking over charge should be completed within two days, stated Home Commissioner in another notification issued on November 6. 
Imsusangba Sangtam promoted On the recommendation of the Police Establishment Board, the Governor of Nagaland has promoted Imsusangba Sangtam, NPS, Commandant, Village Guards to the rank of Dy. Inspector General of Police, (ex-cadre NPS). He has been posted as the DIGP (IR) North, informed a notification from Home Commissioner Abhishek Singh.
