I on behalf of the Lothas and on my own behalf would like to express my deepest heartfelt congratulations to R.F. Lotha for being promoted to the post of additional “DRUG” Controller under the established of Health & Family Welfare Department in the Rank of Additional Director.
Regarding R.F. Lotha’s promotion, special thanks to his Excellency Governor of Nagaland Shymal Dutta, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, and Dr T.M Lotha Minister for Health & Family welfare, Department, Chief Secretary, Talitemjen Ao and concerned Department promotion committee members etc for their decision done impartially.

R.F Lotha is the son of Late Rhukumo Lotha Head G.B. of Pongitong Village under Wokha District. He was honest, humble, innocent, loyal and a God fearing man therefore it is God’s own blessing. The Holy Bible say’s a tree is known by its fruits; every good tree bring forth good fruit, but a corrupt tree brings forth”Evil”fruits. (Mathi.7:7)
We wish R.F.Lotha for his achievement as getting promotion is a feather in one’s cap. I hope he will continue to render service and help the downtrodden people as he did in the past. He must have the spirit of service without the slightest expectation for personal gain.
Although, the Nagaland Government has completed 42 years and 9 month as a full-fledged State but no such opportunity was offered to the Lotha Tribe. The present DAN Government has done yeomen service for the cause of the Lotha Tribe in particular and the Nagas in general. “Praise the Lord God, “Hallelujah”.
Therefore, I earnestly appeal to the people particularly Lothas to give full co-operation to the Government without reservation for days to come.
