DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 13 (MExN): The RMSA 2016 teachers of Kiphire district have informed that their salaries have been delayed while all teachers of same batch have already got their salary a month back. A press release from the teachers said that the concerned teachers from Kiphire are being kept without salary of two months i.e. June and July 2023 even after the Department released the salary months back. “It would have been such a relief if the DEO Kiphire office could do the needful at the earliest from their end without giving any excuses and understand teachers' problem and make sure the delay of salary does not happen,” the press release appealed. It further claimed that this is “not the first time that this delay happened, especially in Kiphire district where even after the department releases the salary, the DEO office has to be reminded through calls and messages and begged to release the salary which is rightfully ours.” With such practices, it is impractical for teachers to teach in peace, it added.
