Sub: An appeal under Sec-19 of the RTI Act 2005
Sir,
The undersigned would like to place the following points before your Hon’ble Commission for your kind consideration. That Sir, I have received information from the SPIO within the stipulated time but I am aggrieved by the decision of the SPIO and also the First Appellate Authority. I therefore, prefer an appeal to the State Information Commission.
The particulars of my appeal are as under:
1. That Sir, I had filed RTI appeal to the First Appellate on 19/06/2012.
2. That Sir, my RTI appeal application was received by the APIO of the Directorate of School Education, Kohima, Nagaland.
3. That Sir, the First Appellate Authority has not furnished me the required information rather the Principal Director, has forwarded my RTI appeal application to the PIO of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Dimapur, Nagaland, Vide Order No: ED/RTI-1/2012-13 stating that as per the State Cabinet decision, the District Recruitment Board, Dimapur, was assigned to conduct the oral examination and subsequent declaration of result.
4. That Sir, however, the PIO has not furnished to me with the required information.

Sir, I therefore, pray to your esteemed authority (Second Appellate Authority) to kindly furnish me with copy of the statement of marks (both written and Oral) that I have secured (scored) in the Primary Teacher Examination 2012 signed, sealed and dated by the in-charge/Director SCERT, Kohima, Nagaland and signed, sealed and dated by all the 6 (Six) Selection Board Members of Dimapur District.
6. And I also further pray to your esteemed authority (Second Appellate Authority) to kindly furnish me with copy of the statement of marks (both written and Oral) of all the 130 selected candidates and the 10 waiting list candidates of the Primary Teacher Examination 2012 signed, sealed and dated by the in-charge/Director SCERT, Kohima Nagaland and signed sealed and dated by all the 6 (six) Selection Board Members of Dimapur District.
