Rural Development bade farewell to its outgoing director, Liboni Humtsoe

The department of Rural Development bade farewell to its outgoing director, Liboni Humtsoe, at a grand programme organized in her honour at RD Conference Hall on January 13. Humtsoe joined the service as APO in 1987 and took charge as director, RD from March 2021 till December 31, 2022 and retired after completing 35 years of government service. Commissioner & Secretary, RD, Neposo Theluo spoke on behalf of the department while Director (Rtd), Liboni Humtsoe delivered the farewell speech. Others who spoke included Additional Director-II, K Neibou Sekhose, Registrar, Kikrulhounuo Solo, peon, Masa and PD, DRDA, Mokokchung, M Toshimongla Kichu on behalf of the blocks and DRDAs. The programme was chaired by director, RD, Azenuo Pienyu while vote of thanks was delivered by Additional Director-I, K Shekiho Phulese.
