Kohima, November 26 (MExN): The Kiruphema Students' Union today organised a Futsal and Penalty shootout tournament under the theme 'Kharu Puo Rübei' at Kiruphema.
Rush Hour FC emerged as the winner of the KSU Futsal championship 2020 via tie break with a 2-1 win over Ratakhrie FC in the final match after it ended in a goalless draw in the stipulated time.
Altogether, 12 teams participated the Futsal tournament.
In the individual category, Vikedolie Zenyü-u of Ratakhrie FC was named the highest goal scorer with 4 goals and Atuba Mor of Rush Hour FC in penalty shootout was awarded the best custodian.
In Penalty shootout, a total of 19 teams participated.
Rush Hour FC emerged as champions in the penalty shootout as well, defeating Tachyon FC in the final match. They received a cash prize of Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 respectively.
