Dimapur, August 26 (MExN): The State Bank of India (SBI), Nagaland in appreciation and in support of frontline workers in their fight against COVID-19 pandemic, donated three ventilators to Nagaland Police for their Referral Hospital, Chümoukedima. It was received by Addl. Director General of Police Renchamo P Kikon, IPS.
Another three ventilators were donated to Directorate of Health & Family Welfare (H&FW), Government of Nagaland which was received by Dr Kevichusa Medikhru, Mission Director (NHM) on behalf of the Department.
The ventilators were handed over by Abinash Hembrom, Regional Manager, SBI, Regional Business Office, Dimapur and Besü Bosco, AGM, SBI Kohima branch.
SBI had earlier donated 500 PPE kits besides monetary contribution for the State of Nagaland.
