Dimapur, March 2 (MExN): Festival of Praise, an event organized by Department of Youth Ministry, Sümi Baptist Akukuhou Kuqhakulu (SBAK-Aizuto) is underway at Kiyekhu Baptist Church from 1-3 March. Inakhu Chishi, Youth Secretary welcomed the delegates from 85 churches and was optimistic about the impact of festival of praise in the lives of younger people attending the event, a release from SBCA Media cell said.
Kiyekhu Village Head GB L. Kaito Zhimo expressed gratitude to God and SBAK for the privilege to host such an auspicious event where most of the participants were young people.
Natha Old Baptist Church Youth Department were the first performers of the event with a creative choreography which was followed by Call to worship by students of Anderson Theological College, Aizuto. The night of worship belonged to Sinai Music, a ministry based in Dimapur.
Inakhu Chishi, Youth Secretary wind up the inaugural service with a sermon challenging the congregation to rededicate their lives to Jesus.
