Special guest along with the school principal and staffs inspecting the exhibition held at Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Wokha on July 19 and 20.
Wokha, July 20 (MExN); A two day science and arts exhibition was organised at Don Bosco Hr. Sec. School, Wokha on July 19 and 20 with Mhathung Tsanglao, ADC-Wokha District, as the special guest.
A press note received here stated that at the inaugural programme, Mhathung addressed the gathering with a motivational and inspiring speech on Science and Technology while Principal, Fr. Manuel Paikada, welcomed the chief guest, judges and invitees.
Special feature of the science exhibition was the display of hydraulic projects, drones and robots by the students showing their exquisite talents with regard to the world of Science. Students and staff from 10 schools of the town visited the institution to get a glimpse of the Science and Arts exhibition. Bamboo crafting and flower crafts were displayed by the students of class XI & XII in the school premises.
The junior section displayed their exhibits at Don Bosco Youth Centre Hall and the seniors exhibited their models at the new school building.
