Hollotoli School, Dimapur organized a Science Exhibition on October 26 where students from class III to XI presented various types of 3-D models and working models.
Dr. Chandan S. Maiti, Professor at Dept. of Horticulture, School of Agricultural Sciences and Rural Development (SASRD) and Dr. Ruby Jain, Dermatologist, Dimapur were judges at the exhibition
While lauding the efforts and the hardwork being put up by the students, the judges also appreciated the school’s science department of the school for the ‘swift functioning’ of the event.
During the exhibition, students were divided into three groups (group A – III to V, group B – VI to VIII and group C – IX & XI) and one winner was chosen from each category.
Other schools invited -Maple Tree, Dimapur and Kendriya Vidyalaya, Rangapahar also displayed their models at the exhibition.
Such exhibition provides a platform to show what the students have learned and are good while giving them chances to implement their ideas in unique ways using their creativity, a press release from Hollotoli School stated.
