Mesulumi wins men’s volleyball championship

Mesulumi emerged as the men’s volleyball champions at the ongoing 55th Secheku Range Sports Association (SRSA) sports meet at Tsupfume village under Phek district on March 5.
Mesulumi defeated Thetsumi in the finals to clinch the title.
In the men’s football quarter final matches, Zhavame defeated Mesulumi 2-1 while Chizami defeated Razeba 2-0.
Enhulumi entered the finals of men’s football after registering a 4-3 win over Thetsumi in the first semi final match.
In the second semi final match, Chizami village defeated Zhavame 5-1 and will now face Enhulumi in the finals on March 6.
In women’s football, Losami and Thetsumi entered the finals after defeating Enhulumi and Mesulumi respectively.
Mesulumi will face Zhavame in the men’s basketball final match.
Meanwhile, the six-day long 55th SRSA meet will conclude on March 6 with Colo Mero, Director, Life Ministries Nagaland as valedictory guest.
