Selection trial for Minerva Academy Punjab

Kohima, March 11 (MExN): A selection trial for Minerva Academy, Punjab was held at the Rengma Sports Association (RSA) Ground, Tseminyu old town as part of the Minerva Academy's Northeast Trails on March 9 last in collaboration with Vanguard FC Tseminyu.
Five officials from Minerva Academy came to scout the 37 local boys present for the trial.
At the end of hours of drills and shortlisting, 3 boys- Anjü Kath, Ahilo Magh and Ayhunlo Chung, were selected for undergoing the final trial for Minerva Academy at Chandigarh for a chance to get 100% scholarship, 10 years contract with free education and accommodation.
Vanguard FC Tseminyu management team partners Chenonlo Woch and Benlo Thyug thanked Minerva Academy for the initiative in reaching out as far as Tseminyu to scout for talents and expressed hope in the future of Indian football because of such initiatives being taken to tap talents and prepare talented footballers as a road map for the future of Indian football.
The Minerva Academy team was led by Yash Pareek and coach Narendra Singh Bhandari under the initiative of its founder and owner Ranjit Bajaj.
