Seminar on all-round self development

DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 27 (MExN): A seminar on the subject matter: ‘How To Live a Fearless life’ was organised by the Tej Gyan Foundation (TGF) in collaboration with the Rotaract Club and Maple Society, Chumukedima on Sunday, February 27. The seminar, particularly targeted at the youths was conducted at the office of the Maple Society, Chumukedima.
Programme administrator, Sarita Sharma of TGF was one of the main speakers at the programme. The main focus of the programme was on understanding and facing one’s fears, and eventually increasing one’s confidence to ‘cure the fears’.  
The TGF is a charitable foundation started in the year 1991 and registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act in 1998. The mission of the foundation has been to create “a highly evolved society through ‘happy thought’ and all-round self-development of humanity; development that transforms all aspects of life viz: physical, mental, social, financial and the spiritual.” TGF focuses on holistic self-development of humanity in all levels of life and to advocate understanding among humankind irrespective of sex, caste, creed or religion.
