Executive team with members of SFS Association Nagaland at conference hall, Forest Office complex, Kohima on November 15.

Kohima, November 18 (MExN): The first conference of the State Forest Service Association Nagaland was held at the conference hall, Forest Office complex, Kohima on November 15. The state forest service officers from all over the state attended the conference.
A press release received here stated that Ango Konyak, DCF, President welcomed the assembly and presented the stature of the SFS Association and highlights of achievements till date. The conference led to several deliberations including procedures/issues of induction to Indian Forest Service (IFS), Posting/Officiating promotions of SFS Officers, Cadre/Non-Cadre issues and deliberations on the need of an Early Cadre Review of the Department which has not been done yet since inception of Nagaland State.
The closing remarks were given by M Limaba, DCF, Enyiwekha, DCF and Obed Bohovi Swu, President NFESA. A host of Officers including Rampaukai DCF, Tokugha DCF also delivered talks in the conference.
Further, mew team of executives was formed with Chupitho as President, Vivika A Sema as General Secretary, Dr Sevono Seletsu as Treasurer for the tenure 2023-2026.
