Development programme for teaching staff of St Xavier School, Shamator was conducted on March 10 and 11.
Shamator, March 11 (MExN): A two-day long development programme for the 30 teaching staff of St Xavier School, Shamator was conducted by Rev Fr C Joseph, Counsellor of St Joseph’s College, Jakhama on March 10 and 11.
The first day session covered class room management techniques, and counselling skills in handling students. On the second day, New Education Policy was explained in details for the benefit of the teachers.
On the topic health and wellness, Rev Fr C Joseph said, “unknowingly most of us go through Anxiety and affect quality of our lives affecting our relationships, our productivity, and our personal and professional domain in every minute.”
Rev Fr John Latsutho Poji, Head Master, St Xavier School along with his assistant, Rev Fr Christopher Rume arranged the programme for the benefit of the teachers.
