The intriguing statement made about the exploration of natural resources contorts the way people have been made to perceive so far – about how it promises a chance for the people to utilize it and surge up, and be used as a last resort until we reclaim sovereignty. Article 39(b) of the constitution provides that ownership and control of the material resources of the community should be so distributed so as to best sub-serve the common good. And if, it could be formulated, then they should be completely transparent with the logistics and statistics and show it to the people.
Therefore unless there is no personal attachment for profit with unbecoming tycoon dream among the shareholders and authorities, it is best that the operating and logistics system in governing structure first be made – manipulation of the authorities and corruption free.
The resources belong to the whole of people for development and it will be unscrupulous and disastrous on our state economy if it is disbursed unevenly. The present authorities should thoroughly check and scrutinize upon this matter as litigation will follow up eventually even after they may retire.
