Officials and others during the 6th edition of Ignite Fest held in St Joseph University, Chümoukedima on April 15 and 16.

Chümoukedima, April 22 (MExN): The Department of Management & Commerce, St Joseph University, Chümoukedima hosted the 6th edition of Ignite Fest with the theme ‘Infinite Possibilities’ on April 15 and 16.
The fest was inaugurated by Zasivikho Zakiesato, President, Dimapur Urban Council Chairman Federation, as the chief guest. In his address, Zakiesato spoke about the importance of youth empowerment in shaping a progressive society. He emphasised the need to equip young minds with knowledge, confidence, and platforms like Ignite Fest to express their potential and drive positive change.
The participants engaged in a series of competitions including business plan presentations, debate, and dance, Mr & Miss Ignite and Ignite Voice. The fest also featured gaming contests like MLBB and PUBG, and sports events such as volleyball, basketball and penalty shootout.
A highlight of the event was the panel of discussion with Viseino Basumatari, Co-founder and Director of Momsie Enterprise Private Limited (Saucy Joe’s) Temjenkala Aier, CEO of Eagle Crest Training Academy & Consultancy.
Participating colleges included Tetso College, Norman College, Eastern Christian College, ICFAI University, Patkai Christian College, St John College, Immanuel College, Dimapur Government College, Sakus Mission College, Unity College, Japfu Christian College, Salt Christian College, NEISSR, and Mt Mary College.
