Dimapur, September 24 (MExN): The Department of Chemistry, St Joseph University (SJU) conducted a national level webinar on the topic, ‘Spirocycles through Nucleophilic Addition’ on September 22. The resource person, Dr S Britto, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry, St Joseph’s College, Tamil Nadu. He explained the basic reactions of nucleophilic addition with detailed mechanism. He pointed out many important things related to chemistry subject. He continued to give very clear explanation in various concepts. The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr U Saleth Prabhakar, Professor of Chemistry, SJU. It was attended by more than 50 participants.
