Dimapur, January 3: The Planning Board, Platinum Jubilee of Sumi Kiphimi Kuqhakulu (SKK) and the ex-officio held a meeting on December 28, 2013 at Rhododendron Hall, Chumukedima, hosted by Y. Vikheho Swu, ex president, SKK (1991-93) and Parliamentary Secretary I&FC, Nagaland. A press release issued by the Planning Board’s chairman Kitoho S Rotokha and secretary S Zhevihe Sumi informed that the meeting was called to share and exchange opinion for the year-long celebration of the All Sumi Students’ Union’s (SKK) platinum jubilee celebration which kicks off at Imulomi Village under Atoizu sub-division on January 15, 2014 and will culminate in Zunheboto in January 2015.
The meeting identified the frame work of the year-long activities and project for developmental works which has been endorsed to the Planning Board for consideration, the release said.
The Planning Board has expressed its gratitude to the families of Y. Vikheho Swu and Hukiye Tissica, ex president, SKK and MD, Naga Construction, Dimapur Nagaland for hosting the Planning Board meeting and Finance Committee meeting at the latter’s residence at Erali Bill on December 27 respectively.
Extending the Jubilee year greetings to all its community, the Planning Board has requested all to pray for the success and also appealed to all intellectuals and well wishers to contribute with all logistic support.
