Zunheboto, August 2 (MExN): The handing and taking over programme of the office of the Sümi Hoho by the new team of office bearers was held in the Sümi Hoho Ki, Zunheboto on August 2.
The Media Cell, Sumi Hoho in a press release stated that in a brief but meaningful ceremony, the outgoing President, I Nikheto Jimomi, exhorted the new team and expressed his full confidence in their capabilities. He praised their dedication and readiness to lead the organization forward.
The incoming President, Dr Vihuto Asumi, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Nomination Committee and elders for entrusting him with this responsibility. He assured all present that he would carry on the legacy of good works initiated by his predecessors, committing to lead the Sümi Hoho with dedication and steadfastness in its various endeavours.
The ceremony was solemnized with a prayer conducted by Associate Pastor Ghunato Sümi of the Sümi Baptist Church Zunheboto, who prayed for both the outgoing and incoming teams.
