Kohima, October 22 (DIPR): In pursuance of the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Rural Development & the Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation, Govt. of India, and following completion of the Enumeration Phase of Socio-Economic & Caste Census 2011, the State Government has decided to publish the SECC 2011 Draft List on the 30th of October, 2012 in respect of all Districts of Nagaland both for Urban and Rural Areas.
The period for filing of Claims and Objections will be within 21 (twenty one) days from the date of publication of Draft List. The respective Deputy Commissioners (PSOs), Charge Officers and Ward Level Officers (Urban)/Panchayat Level Officers (Rural) who have been appointed/designated vide Notification No.RD/SECC-5/2012 dated 13th February, 2012 will receive and dispose of the Claims & Objections as specified therein. The Final List of the SECC 2011 is scheduled for publication on the 29th November, 2012 and the 20th December, 2012 and for Rural and Urban respectively.
