Dimapur, July 24 (MExN): The Nagaland State Transport (NST) has announced additional helicopter services to Mon and Longleng as an emergency relief measure until the restoration of National Highway-702.
In a circular, Additional General Manager A Limasunep Jamir said the enhanced schedule has been introduced on the directives of the state government and comes into immediate effect.
Under the revised schedule, an additional helicopter service between Dimapur and Longleng will operate every Tuesday, besides the existing Thursday service.
Similarly, an additional service between Dimapur and Mon will operate every Monday, supplementing the existing Wednesday schedule. The temporary arrangement will remain in force until NH-702 is restored, the circular said.
