Dimapur, January 24 (MExN): The NSS-Unit, Nagaland attended the Rajiv Gandhi Winter Adventure Programme for NSS volunteers and Programme Officers at Ooty, Tamilnadu from January 6 - 15 organized by the National Service Scheme, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GoI in collaboration with National Adventure Foundation, Ooty (Tamilnadu).
Bendangnungsang, Programme Officer, NSS, Patkai Christian College and I. Meren Yaden, Programme Officer, NSS, Tetso College along with 20 volunteers (10 male and 10 female) from three different colleges attended the said programme. On behalf of Nagaland NSS, it extended gratitude to Kenneth Punyü, State Liaison Officer, NSS and the Directorate of Youth Resources and Sports, Kohima for providing opportunity to the volunteers and Programme Officers to attend the Adventure camp.”
