4th day of Stress Awareness Week programme at Baptist Higher Secondary School, Kohima on May 25.

Kohima, May 25 (MExN): The 4th day of the ongoing “Stress Awareness Week” programme under the aegis of Carl Rogers Institute of Mental Health & School Counselling Kohima in collaboration with Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, took place at Baptist Higher Secondary School, Kohima on May 25.

Kezhazolie Mere, the resource person of the day, talked on psychology and history of Carl Rogers.

Mere informed that the recent research showed that generation-z experiences the highest amount of stress.

He shared some tips on how to control and manage stress such as having a healthy ‘Me Time’, maintaining a healthy diet, having a set sleep-wake routine, physical exercise etc.

Earlier, the 3rd day of “Stress Awareness Week” programme took place at Northfield Higher Secondary School Kohima on May 24 with Kezhazolie Mere and Anupam Kohli as the resources persons.
