Strict regulations on entry, parking at Directorate of ESD&E

KOHIMA, OCTOBER 19 (MExN): The Directorate of Employment Skill Development & Entrepreneurship has expressed concern over unauthorized entry and habitual parking of vehicles within the office compound, which, it claimed has resulted in unwanted consequences, including loss and damage to office properties and instances of anti-social activities.
