Kohima, January 8: Additional Chief Secretary and Development Commissioner H.K Khulu have directed all the departments under the Government of Nagaland have to submit their draft annual plan to the state planning department before January 15. Informing this in the AHoDs and HODs meeting held on January 7 at the Secretariat Conference hall, Khulu also said that the state departments had to submit its annual plan to the Planning Commission of India in the month of February 2014 prior to the announcement of the Lok Sabha election.
Chairing the meeting, Khulu reiterated about the write-up on special activities of all the departments commemorating 50 years of Statehood. He informed that majority of the departments have submitted the write-up and reminded the departments who are yet to submit their write-up to do the needful by this week to enable for cross check so as not to miss out any department in bringing out the publication, Khulu added.
