Zunheboto, November 7 (MExN): The Zunheboto Town Sumi Baptist Church, SBAK-Aizuto observed World Sunday School Day on November 7 along with the rest of the world with the theme ‘Grow in Christ.’
According to a press release from the ZTSBC Media Supervisor, the programme was held in a ‘low key manner’ keeping in view the COVID 19 situation. Sunday school students from all the sectors attended the programme which consisted of various entertainment and special items presented by the Sunday school students.
Women Leader, ZTSBC Anatoli Aye while exhorting the children, emphasised on learning more about the word of God and loving the Bible. She also included prayer as an important factor in communicating and building a personal relationship with God. Aye told the children to be attentive in church and be participators in prayers and other activities.
Sunday school fellowship is the root of learning and knowing God more, she said while congratulating the students on the special occasion, the release stated.
A special prayer for all the children was pronounced by Rev Dr Daniel Chishi, Pastor ZTSBC, it added.
