DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 11 (MExN): Delhi beat Nagaland today by 8 wickets in the Men’s senior Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy at the CB Patel Stadium in Surat, Gujarat.
Electing to bowl first Delhi managed to restrict Nagaland to a total of 75 runs losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. Shrikant Mundhe with 22 runs and Mughavi with 17 runs were the top scorers for Nagaland. Pawan Negi was the pick of the Delhi bowlers taking 3 wickets
Delhi meanwhile managed to secure the target in 12.3 overs by scoring 78 runs losing just 2 wickets.
Dhruv Sorey with 27 runs and Nitish Rana with 20 runs were their top scorers. Both wickets for Nagaland were taken by Sruart Binny.
