Lüshe FC officially launched its jersey for the upcoming 1st Open Football tournament of Tizu Area Sports’ Association (TASA).
Lüshe FC jersey was launched today at GA Rest House Phek by Chetezo Akami, president, Phek District Chamber of Commerce & Industry. TASA’s 1st Open Football tournament will be held from March 12 to 15 in two locations- Phek town and Phek village. The inaugural function will take place on March 12 at Phek town from 9: 00 AM onwards.
Wutsutho Nyuthe, District Sports Officer, Phek will grace the opening ceremony as the chief guest and Vebuto Rhakho, Assistant Research Officer, Department of Art & Culture, Phek as the guest of honour.
Phek District Sports Association (PDSA) president Nezosa Tetseo will share greetings.
TASA president Ludoveyi (Ado) Vero will deliver welcome address.
TASA games and sports secretary Vetu Tetseo will administer oath to the participating teams. The champion will fetch a cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh sponsored by MLA Kuzholuzo (Azo) Nienu and leader NPF Legislature Party.
The 2nd prize at Rs. 50,000 is sponsored by Z. Nyusietho Nyuthe, advisor New & Renewable Energy & NSDMA, Nagaland.
The participating teams for 1st Open Football tournament will include; TASA, Spaniel, Lericious Club (Zapami), Royal Gold Club, Chizami Sports Association, Beckon FC, Peace United FC, Knight Riders, Halcyon United Club, Phoenix, Alectra, Olumpus FC, Spears, Sedzu FC, Vigorous, Phek FC, Khrietho Club and Lushe FC.
