TECHAURA - Technical Festival 2019 concludes

Winner of the Mr. & Miss Techaura 2K19 and Voice of Techaura 2K19 title.

The four-day national level technical festival “Techaura”organized by the School of Engineering & Technology, Nagaland University successfully concluded on November 1.

From competitive gaming to mind boggling inventions and spine chilling music, various events were witnessed during the festival.

Talikaba Longkumer from Unity College and K Nilotoli Chishi from Liz Woodland School were  crowned Mr & Miss Techaura 2K19 while Jentysangla Changkiri from Unity College won the Voice of Techaura 2K19 title. 

Closing ceremony was graced by Prof Themrichon Tuithung, HoD of Computer Science & Engineering, NIT, Nagaland.

After the closing ceremony students had an intereaction with Arun Thadhaagath and Gade Ramana Reddy. Arun is an evironmental activistwho has traveled seven countries on a solo cycle ride and Reddy is Guntur cyclist who traveled 450km in just 25 days covering nine states spreading message of banning plastic use and re-using old plastic bag to save the environment.
