Vocalist, Songwriter and Composer, Temsu Clover has released a new single, Parasite created with Vitz Zhimo on Sunday.
This marks the anniversary of her album “HELLO LOVE.”
A collaborative effort on the newly released single “Parasite” showcases Temsu’s expertise as a vocalist, songwriter and composer, while Vitz demonstrates his skill in production and audio mastering.
In a release, Clover said that this is a joint endeavor which marks one of several upcoming releases from the duo this year.
Speaking about the new song, Temsu Clover said that the song addresses the struggle to overcome destructive forces that can shatter one’s spirit. This anthem aims to inspire listeners to confront and dispel the negative influences within themselves and their surroundings.
The music video for the recently released single “Parasite” has been shot and edited by The Red Journey, an aspiring filmmaker hailing from Nagaland. The creative direction of the video was spearheaded by Temsu.
Additionally, the artwork for “Parasite” was designed by Hangji.
Temsu Clover has been known for having her own unique identity & musical sound in the music scene. Usually categorised as an Indie pop/soul/r&b artist from Dimapur Nagaland; her new released track ‘Parasite’ is a complete new shift from her usual mellow/soothing music.
Venturing into a new experimental sound in 2024 as her big comeback after a year, she is preparing for more releases in this direction this year whilst writing & producing music in her old sound.
