
Kohima | May 26 : A three day long 41st Tenyidie Seminar under the aegis of Ura Academy Kohima will conclude here on May 27 at Ura Academy Hall, Mission Compound. A counseling hour on May 27 will start from 9:00 am onwards. It will feature talk on correct usage of Tenyidie grammar, scope and prospect of Tenyidie as well as discussion on issues of public importance.
The valedictory function is scheduled at 5:00 PM, which will be chaired by Dr. Shürhozelie Liezietsu, minister for rural development and higher education, who is also the president of Ura Academy.
Vitshuü Sekhose will be the speaker. Talent show in respect of poetry recitation, folk song etc will also mark the programme. Vote of thanks will be proposed by Dr. D. Kuolie, secretary general Ura Academy.
Mentionably, the three day long seminar is being witnessed by conferring awards to those students securing highest marks in HSLC, HSSLC and BA (Honour).
The seminar also featured counseling hours for Tenyidie teachers/lecturers as well as various organizations. Earlier, Vikielie Sorhie acted as speaker on day one service while Keviyachü Liegise talked on the topic “Right to Information Act” this evening.
