Peren | May 2 : The first get together of the Tesen lui organization Jalukie valley was held Sunday, 1st May in Jalukie town. The meeting deliberated on several issues pertaining to development and welfare of Tesen people in the valley. The members also congratulated all successful candidates in the matric, +2 and M.Com examination 2011 and ensured to make its priority to look into the welfare of the students’ community.
The organization expressed profound gratitude to the NBCC youth and Zeliangrong Baudi (Kohima) for their kind assistance and intervention during the sudden demise of Solomon Pwetlang in Kohima. It further appealed the Zeliangrong Baudi (Kohima) to kindly ascertain the facts and details leading to the death Solomon Pwetlang. The next sitting of the organization will be held on 31st July, stated the president Mr. Ireuga.
