Theta Tutorials celebrates 10 years of success

Jubilation surrounded the campus of Theta Tutorials here today as it shared joyfulness and accomplishment with the successful NSEE II candidates 2016 from the institute.  

In a grand felicitation programme as part of celebrating 10 years of success, organized for successful candidates this afternoon, Dr. M. Devrani, Associate Professor, Kohima Science College Jotsoma, described Theta Tutorials as a refined educational institution, having a complete environment for study.  

Congratulating all the successful NSEE II candidates from this institute, he urged upon them to maintain the level of hard work and sincerity.  

He also asked them to remain focused on their study and stay connected to skills development.  

“Your success gives us a sense of achievement,” said L. Kenneth Punyii from Theta Tutorials adding that their success put the institution to another new level.  

He said the institute has always tried to improve their teaching system each year and assured that it will continue to put its best efforts to produce more meritorious students.  

Speaking on behalf of the teaching faculty, Veta Nienu urged the successful candidates to develop their personality and become an agent of change in the society.  

He said their success reflected job satisfaction to the teachers and also enable them to perform well and upgrade their performance.   “You have given a comprehensive package to our children,” said Khrielelie Peseyie on behalf of parents while expressing gratitude to the Theta family for their tremendous effort and contribution.  

Successful candidates thanked the teaching faculty for moulding and shaping them, and also helping them to overcome all challenges.   As per the statistics of Theta Tutorials from 2007 to 2016, 153 students from the institute have been selected in MBBS, while 287 were selected for other allied courses. Another 438 were selected for engineering studies.  

Theta Tutorials, located below the Red Cross building at Lower PR Hill, is a premier tutorial institution in Kohima for higher secondary science students. It is run by experienced and senior teachers who share their expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.  

To keep pace with changing times, the institute is committed to adopting innovative strategies in its programs.  

It offers comprehensive classroom coaching for JEE (Main)/AIPMT/NEET 2017 (for engineering, MBBS, BDS & allied courses), Class XII (Science) and Class X (All subjects).
