Chairman of BSEM shot dead under suspicious circumstances in his office chamber
According to his office, a meeting was scheduled at his office chamber at about 11 am today after the conclusion of which no one was seen going in or coming out of his chamber. Later at about 3:30 pm. he was found dead sitting on the chair of his chamber by the staffs of the office. No one had any clue as to who entered after the meeting.
The police have sealed the entire office complex of BSEM for want of visibility which could seriously compromise investigation. Spot inquiry will be done tomorrow under sufficient light condition. According to a source from the family, the dead of Dr. Kunjabihari is shrouded in controversy. The appointment of Dr Kunjabihari, some three months ago to the chair of the board after he had served for five years as the Secretary of Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSEM), was controversial therefore his untimely dead is suspected to be a sinister ploy of the office staffs.
The family alleged that the manner in which his dead was reported by his office staffs to be from BP stroke is suspicious. The deceased was taken to the hospital by the staffs who maintained all along that he died of BP stroke. The body of the deceased that is kept in RIMS morgue bore two bullet marks, one on the right hand and the other on the chest, penetrating through.
