Trainers and monitoring team along with the ANMs and ASHAs during the HBYC urban block training held from January 9 to 11.

Mokokchung, January 13 (MExN): Three-day training on Home Based Care for Young Child (HBYC) was held for the Urban ANMs and ASHAs at Conference hall, Chief Medical Officers Office, Mokokchung from January 9 to 11.
The CMO office, Mokokchung in a press release stated that the trainees were trained on the Role of HBYC, Planning home visits for HBYC, Addressing social vulnerability to improve coverage of children, Early childhood development, Growth Chart monitoring, Iron Folic acid supplementation, Full Immunization and Immunization details in MCP card.
The trainers included District Community Mobilizer, Consultant NUHM, Block ASHA Co-ordinators and Community Health Officers.
Shri. Benjungtoshi Jamir PMCH from Directorate of Health Family Welfare, Nagaland monitored during the training.
The training will continue for Mangkolemba, Alongkima and Tsurangkong blocks from January 17 to 25.
