TSIEPAMA, DECEMBER 20 (MExN): The new playground of Tsiepama village was inaugurated by Advisor, Urban Development & Municipal Affairs Department, Zhaleo Rio on December 20. The construction along the hilly terrain which took over a year to complete due to natural constraints, measures 70 x 100 meters approximately, will cater to all kinds of games and sports events and practices for the village. 

Speaking as the special guest at the inaugural, Zhaleo expressed appreciation to the state government, contributors, workers and the village for timely completion of the play ground in spite of many unforeseen hurdles encountered during the construction. He remarked that the development symbolises unity of the villagers and that their logistic support rendered was exemplary. 

Rio encouraged the people to utilise the ground in nurturing more sportsmen like Neithovilie Chalieu who hails from the village. "Neithou as a talented and committed professional has brought laurels to the state for being recognised as one of the best goalkeepers in national level and so also, I belief more such young talents will be moulded through the collective efforts of leaders and villagers," Rio stated.

The inaugural function was chaired by Neisavilie while Seyiezhalie Khro, Pastor, CRC Tsiepama, invoked blessings and Seyievizo Visezuo, VCC, delivered the welcome address. Tsiepama Village youth and Tsiepama elders presented songs while Zhagwelhou Chalieu pronounced the vote of thanks.
